Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive automation and data analysis initiatives using Power Automate, Power BI and Python. You will support production operations, analyze incidents, and implement sustainable process improvements in an insurance environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate updates clearly to stakeholders, and help shape delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in business analysis and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation, AI and data analysis tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Curious, self-motivated, adaptable with proactive learning and teamwork.
• Experience in insurance operations desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst for production support and incident handling.
