Job summary

Fargo Wealth Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Finance to oversee regulatory reporting, treasury operations and the control framework for its licensed entities in Hong Kong. You will manage FRR submissions, ensure SFO compliance, and lead a finance team to maintain governance and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a strong background in regulatory finance, experience with SFC FRR, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and tax advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing SFC FRR returns and regulatory filings.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits, treasury management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FRR submissions and regulatory filings for SFC-licensed entities.
• Ensure compliance with SFO, Client Money Rules, and other regulations.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closings and financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
• Lead and develop the finance team and drive process improvements.
