Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is hiring a Finance & Admin Manager for a newly set up hedge fund based in Hong Kong. The role covers accounting, payroll, budgeting, and supplier management to ensure smooth business operations.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in finance, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with external accountants, auditors, and management. This is a permanent, on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, office management, or business administration.
• Experience in asset management, hedge funds, family offices, private equity, financial services, or professional services preferred.
• Sound understanding of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
