Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned finance and operations professional in Hong Kong. The role covers financial record-keeping, payroll, vendor management, and event coordination for a newly set up hedge fund.

You will support monthly reporting, budgeting, audits, and corporate administration while ensuring efficient office operations and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or office management.
• Experience in asset management, hedge funds, or financial services is preferred.
• Proficient with bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank activity.
• Assist with monthly management reporting and budgeting.
• Coordinate payroll administration and liaise with providers.
• Oversee office administration, vendor contracts, and facilities.
• Support investor events, travel, and client visits as needed.
• Support internal process improvements and controls.
