Job summary

Health Miracle Integrated Medical Centre in Causeway Bay seeks a reliable Finance & Administration Executive to support daily finance, accounting, payroll and admin operations across its medical centre and skincare businesses. The role requires meticulous organization, strong numerical skills, and collaboration within a small team in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance are preferred, with Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, payroll or administration.
• Experience in SME/startup/clinic/wellness/retail or consumer products is advantageous.
• Solid bookkeeping experience with invoices, receipts, expenses, petty cash and bank records.
• Experience preparing monthly P&L, cash-flow reports and annual budgets.
• Hands-on payroll experience including MPF administration and attendance records.
• Experience liaising with external accountants and organizing financial docs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter and maintain daily financial records and admin documents.
• Reconcile sales receipts with payment and bank records.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow reports for management review.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and annual budgets.
• Maintain bank account records and support external accountant submissions.
• Handle monthly payroll and MPF administration.
• Maintain confidential employee, payroll, supplier and company records.
• Support finance and admin tasks across both business lines as needed.
