Rentokil Initial Careers in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field execution with the service team, drive staff performance, and ensure profitability through effective expense management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on operations experience.

The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, monitor KPIs, and oversee manpower scheduling while collaborating across departments for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma with at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in pest control/cleaning service or F&B industry.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on operations experience is required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
