Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a QA professional in Hong Kong to prepare pest control reports and oversee field services. You will support technicians, respond to client inquiries, and review materials and methods for productivity.

The role involves training teams, leading projects, and ensuring quality through QA reports. Higher Diploma in Biological Sciences with 3+ years QA experience is preferred, English and Chinese proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant QA experience.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese; customer service oriented.
• Detail oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Requirements:
