Job summary

ECCOM Network (HK) Limited is seeking a hands-on network engineer to install, maintain, and support networking equipment on client sites. You will manage site visits, site preparation, and implementation, while producing thorough technical documentation.

The role requires practical experience with router/switches and knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols, TCP/IP and VoIP. English and Chinese proficiency is essential, and the ability to work under pressure is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in electronics, computer engineering or the equivalent with relevant experiences.
• CCNA, CCNP certification will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Router and Switch technologies.
• Strong knowledge on layer 2, layer 3 & routing protocols including TCP/IP, VoIP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and etc.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, implementation and co-ordination.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Should be self-motivated, willing to learn and work under pressure.
