Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher diploma in IT, CS, electronics or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT support or field support experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good knowledge of hardware, Windows OS, network troubleshooting and workstation patching.
• Hands-on experience in helpdesk, on-site support and incident handling is an advantage.
• CCNA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Able to work shift rosters and on-call support as required.
• Good communication, responsible, customer-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 shift/roster system support for a large-scale government project to ensure stable IT operation.
• Perform software and patch deployment for workstations, including installation, testing, and post‑deployment verification.
• Conduct hardware/software installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring for network devices, servers, workstations, and system equipment.
• Provide helpdesk support and on‑site support services to end users.
• Handle incident tickets, diagnose faults, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Maintain system logs, incident records, and support documentation in accordance with company and government requirements.
• Adhere to IT security policies and operational procedures.

CCNA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

Able to work shift duty, roster, and on‑call support as required.
