Job summary

GF Securities (Hong Kong) is seeking institutional sales professionals to promote and cross sell fixed income, structured products, and equities to institutional clients in Hong Kong. You will help expand the client base and strengthen the institutional franchise.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, a business degree, and 3–5 years for junior positions, with more senior candidates for Director/ED levels. Market awareness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience for junior sales; more experienced candidates for Director/ED levels.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Client focus and excellent knowledge in equity market products.
• Spoken Mandarin and written Chinese required.

• Keep abreast of market developments and products and integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Degree and above in business-related disciplines;
• Open to all seniority, 3-5 years of experience required for the most junior sales role, more experienced candidates will be considered for Director/ ED levels;
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results;
• Client focus and with an excellent knowledge in equity market products;
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven and a good team player;
• Spoken Mandarin and written Chinese required.
