Job summary

CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited is seeking a seasoned Fixed Income Sales professional to provide a wide range of fixed income products and solutions to institutional investors and corporate clients in Hong Kong.

You will identify sales opportunities in global credit markets, establish and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with traders and structures to generate investment ideas while ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; CFA is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience or above in FICC line of business, i.e., bond, FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, structured products.
• Fixed Income sales experience is required.
• Holder of SFC license type1 and type 4.
• Solid experience in using Bloomberg is required.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese; written English and Chinese.

Job description

Responsible for providing a wide range of fixed income products and solutions to institutional investors and corporate clients;

Identify and drive sales opportunities in Global credit markets. Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs, provide indicative pricing to clients, handling client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;

Work closely with traders and structures to carry out daily market update and generate investment and trade ideas for investors;

Work in an intense trading floor environment to facilitate investors trading needs;

Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients; assist new clients with on-boarding enquiries;

Coordinate with other internal departments and product partners, and drive projects on need basis;

Develop and update marketing materials and internal documents;

Support departmental operations, including but not limited to administrative tasks, ad hoc responsibilities, and coordination with other internal departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; CFA is preferred;

3-5 years’ experience or above in FICC line of business, i.e., bond, FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, structured products;

Fixed Income sales experience is required;

Holder of SFC license type1 and type 4;

Solid experience in using Bloomberg is required;

Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability, multi-tasking ability and team spirit, able to adapt to higher intensity work requirements; highly responsible and attention to detail;

Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese; written English and Chinese.
