Job summary

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech accelerating adoption of crypto-powered financial solutions. We are seeking an Operations professional to drive channel and acquiring activities, optimize payment flows, and lead data-driven growth across regions including SEA, LATAM, Europe and East Asia.

The role focuses on optimizing fiat inbound journeys, improving payment success rates, and designing regional strategies to increase inbound penetration and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in internet payments, cross-border e-commerce, Web3/crypto fintech.
• Proven ability to independently analyze data and improve payment success rate.
• Hands-on growth cases with measurable verification.

Job Responsibilities

Channel & Acquiring (Merchant/Payments) Operations

• Deeply understand the underlying acquiring/payment processing flow across different regions worldwide; be proficient in various payment types, including end-to-end customer fiat inbound (funds-in) journey and product/system architecture design.
• Optimize inbound success rate and payment experience for credit cards (Visa/MC), local e-wallets (e.g., e-Wallets, PIX, Spei, SEPA, FPS, etc.), and local bank transfers.

Data-Driven Funnel Optimization (Success Rate / Leakage)

• Own metrics across transaction volume and user volume; use end-to-end inbound (funds-in) data analysis to improve payment success rate, channel availability, channel cost / fee losses, funnel conversion rates, and chargeback/fraud rates.
• Build data monitoring and routing/scheduling mechanisms; maximize payment success rate and reduce channel rejection risk through smart routing and fallback/degradation strategies.
• Continuously optimize the conversion funnel from “selecting payment method” to “completing fiat settlement,” removing user payment blockers.

User Growth & Inbound Operations Strategy

• Combine marketing campaigns and growth strategies to design fiat inbound growth plans; drive higher inbound penetration and growth in customer lifecycle value (LTV).
• Study local user payment preferences across regions (SE Asia, LATAM, Europe, East Asia, etc.) and develop targeted local acquiring/operations strategies to build repeatable “breakout” growth cases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2-3 years of experience in internet payments, cross-border e-commerce, Web3/crypto exchange, fintech payment, etc
• Proven ability to independently analyze data, identify channel/payment issues, and successfully improve payment success rate
• Demonstrated hands‑on growth cases with measurable verification, such as successfully doubling fiat inbound volume for a key region, increasing inbound penetration for a major payment method, or significantly reducing payment fees/channel costs.
• Familiarity with fiat payment ecosystems across major global regions (e.g., SEA, LATAM, EEA, East Asia).
• Passion for Crypto/Web3; preference for candidates who understand fiat-to-crypto inbound/outbound models.
• Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management/persuasion skills.
