ROMEU, a leading logistics group, seeks an Operations Manager for Support Fashion Control Tower in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily Sea and Air Freight Export tasks, ensure timely document delivery, and foster strong cooperation between brokers, providers and vendors.

You’ll lead the HK Operations Team and drive data quality and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in logistics, strong English communication, proficiency in CargoWise, Excel, and Outlook, and a proactive,

Competenze

• Must have on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and documentation experience.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Spanish level is a plus.
• Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Experience with CargoWise and handling overseas/VIP accounts preferred.
• Excel skills and ability to work in a team, proactive and methodical.

Support Fashion Control Tower Operations Manager

What will your functions be?

Main Duties：

• Perform daily tasks related to both Sea and Air Freight Export.
• Ensure prompt document delivery and maintain strong cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.
• Maintain effective and up-to-date communication with colleagues within the Group, both locally and internationally.
• Manage vendors, follow up on their performance, and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Possess advanced Excel skills for daily operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Outlook and other relevant operational systems on a daily basis.
• Constantly enhance personal operational skills and deepen understanding of TIBA’s business operations.
• Uphold high standards of data quality.
• Deliver excellent client satisfaction and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Assist with establish and manage Hong Kong OP Team.
• Other tasks assigned by the company or supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate and above degree.
• 6-10 years of related working experience in the industry.
• Must with on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and also documentation working experience.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing skills.
• Spanish level will be a plus.
• Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
• CargoWise, experience handling overseas and VIP accounts/customers.
• Excel skills, good communication abilities, able to work as a team, proactive, tidy and methodical.
• Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
