Job summary

ROMEU, a leading logistics group, seeks an Operations Manager for Support Fashion Control Tower in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily Sea and Air Freight Export tasks, ensure timely document delivery, and foster strong cooperation between brokers, providers and vendors.

You’ll lead the HK Operations Team and drive data quality and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in logistics, strong English communication, proficiency in CargoWise, Excel, and Outlook, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Must have on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and documentation experience.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Spanish level is a plus.
• Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Experience with CargoWise and handling overseas/VIP accounts preferred.
• Excel skills and ability to work in a team, proactive and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to Sea and Air Freight Export.
• Ensure prompt document delivery and cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.
• Maintain communication with colleagues locally and internationally.
• Manage vendors, monitor performance, and control KPIs.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Outlook for daily operations.
• Uphold high data quality standards and deliver excellent client service.
• Assist with establishing and managing the HK OP Team.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
