Job summary

HK Express is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring a safe and compliant environment, and coordinating front desk, cleaning services, and third-party providers across Hong Kong and regional offices.

You will lead workplace projects, manage budgets and vendors, support corporate events, and drive efficiency in space planning and sustainability initiatives. Fluent in English and Chinese preferred; hybrid work and shuttle services are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience managing office facilities, vendor contracts, maintenance programs and workplace operations.
• Exposure to project management, office relocations, renovations, or workplace improvements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive working environment.
• Oversee and manage front desk operations, cleaning services, and other third-party service providers.
• Act as liaison between Building Management Offices, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide facilities and operational support for corporate events and employee engagement activities.
• Lead Alteration & Addition, Move and Changes works across office premises with budget control and quality assurance.
• Manage employee transportation schemes, partnerships, and employee privileges.
