Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Limited is seeking a Facilities/Property Operations Manager in Hong Kong to lead the safe, efficient running of building operations and PM programs. You will coordinate technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities include client-facing leadership, inspections, and cross-functional collaboration with Admin to ensure smooth workflow and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Establish safe, efficient facility operations and PM programs.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs by technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Address client inquiries promptly and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and outcomes.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report findings.
• Direct daily operations of the facilities team and monitor performance.
• Manage vendor/contractor delivery per SLAs and budgets.
• Control changes in the critical environment with proper docs and approvals.
• Coordinate IFM services with master property management and Admin.
• Oversee scheduling, cost control, and quality audits for service delivery.
• Plan, execute and cost-control specialized services for clients and tenants.
