Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings, within the Facilities Management function.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage repairs with technicians and vendors, liaise with Property Managers, plan capital projects and budgets, and implement safety procedures while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Develop environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
