Job summary

CBRE Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Operation Lead to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. You will work within Facilities Management to support Property Managers on repairs and investment plans.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage capital projects and budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and foster strong vendor relationships while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience considered with or without degree.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Strong ability to communicate complex information and motivate teams.
• Leadership to drive operational targets across multiple disciplines.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; track training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; implement operational efficiencies.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
