CBRE Limited in Quarry Bay seeks a Facilities Officer to oversee daily facilities operations for a financial institution, including repairs, cleaning, and security services, and to supervise outsourced vendors on performance and service levels.

You will draft SOWs, define SLAs, negotiate prices, maintain client relationships, assist in inspections and budget/variance reports, and handle other duties as assigned. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual English/Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Facility/Property Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in facilities or property management; banking/insurance workplace experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, independent, with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing; good English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning and security services.
• Conduct routine inspections on the facilities to ensure all requirements are met.
• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors.
• Manage contracts, including drafting SOW, defining SLA, price negotiation with vendors, submitting proposals to clients, etc.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
• Assist in facilities inspections and reports, such as capital projects, operating budget and variance reports.
• Other duties may be assigned.
