Job summary

Restore HK Limited is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support storage facilities in Hong Kong. You will handle facility maintenance, renovations, and QA with the senior team, contributing to efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years experience, lock repair, electrical work, and a HK driving license. The role offers career progression to management and a chance to be part of a growing, people-focused company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years facility maintenance experience.
• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A.
• Hong Kong Driving License Class 1 and 2.
• Experience in electronic/door lock repair, plumbing, electrical work, drain clearing, and basic flooring installation preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Clear plans, tidy records and clean work.
• Good communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of basic word-processing and planning software.
• Self storage industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Storage facilities management, maintenance and renovation upgrades.
• Work with senior team to manage and oversee facilities quality assurance.
• Formulate strategies and policies to enhance facilities quality and operational efficiency.
