Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building repair and maintenance in property-related environments.
• Certificate/Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily repair and preventive maintenance at Plaza Hollywood.
• Supervise performance of the team and contractors on builder’s and E&M works.
• Handle tenants’ complaints, enquiries and fitting-out issues.
