Job summary

Sodexo (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure service standards, manage contractors, and coordinate with internal teams across Hong Kong Island. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and proactive service delivery to maintain a high standard of facilities management in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in facilities-related fields, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, hospitalities services, or contractor management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese with good interpersonal and stakeholder management ability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to maintain accurate documentation.
• Service-oriented, friendly with sense of urgency, multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow contract service scope and ensure manpower, service quality, and KPIs are met.
• Lead/support daily cleaning and ensure tidy work areas.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for timely service delivery.
• Handle catering and refreshments, meeting setups and post-event tear-down as assigned.
• Conduct daily and special tasks including venue setup and moving furniture/equipment.
• Maintain facilities equipment and inventory; raise maintenance requests and keep records.
• Prepare billing documents and support verification for contractor invoices.
• Report incidents promptly and assist in incident investigation to ensure safety compliance.

Follow contract service scope and ensure manpower, service quality, and KPIs are met in accordance with agreed standards.

Lead/support daily cleaning and ensure work areas remain tidy, clean work area.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Handle catering & refreshment arrangements, including snack set-up/replenishment, arrangement of meeting refreshments, and post-event tear-down (as assigned).

Conduct daily and special tasks, including venue setup, moving furniture/equipment, and maintaining readiness for meetings/events.

Maintain facilities equipment and inventory; raise maintenance requests, manage filing, and keep proper records.

Prepare billing documents / service claims and support verification for contractor invoices, as required.

Report incidents promptly, assist in incident investigation, and ensure workplace safety compliance.

Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma in Facilities Management / Property Management / Building Services (or related discipline).

2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, hospitalises services, or contractor management.
