Job summary

Sodexo (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented F&B QCSE Coordinator to uphold food safety, quality control, and inventory governance across our hospitality operations in Hong Kong. You will drive data-driven reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives with excellent cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor/Higher Diploma in Hospitality management or related discipline and 2–3 years’ experience in F&B or quality compliance, strong knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, hospitality management, or a quality compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and inventory management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data management and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and governance skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Safety: Strengthen quality assurance and food safety controls across the operation.
• Systems Management: Own inventory, reporting, and operational systems to ensure seamless day-to-day functions.
• Data & Analytics: Manage food data, analytics, and management reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Inventory Control: Enhance stock accuracy and maintain strict supplier governance.
• Efficiency & Sustainability: Drive waste reduction and cost control initiatives.
