Fairwood Fast Food Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Supply Chain & QA Officer to safeguard food safety, product quality, supplier compliance, and inventory accuracy across stores, suppliers, and 3PL warehouses.

You will support daily SCM operations through quality inspections, supplier coordination, warehouse monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, cost-efficient business operations throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing/supply chain experience, preferably in F&B.
• Experience with supplier evaluation, tendering, and cost analysis.
• Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Conduct store-level audits and quality inspections for food safety and compliance.
• Evaluate products from new vendors for quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor supplier and 3PL performance; follow-up on issues.
• Support purchase orders, inventory verification, and documentation management.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across the supply chain.
