Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations, foster exceptional guest experiences, and ensure high hygiene and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, ensure labour compliance under Hong Kong Labour Law, handle guest inquiries, monitor costs, and train junior team members on SOPs and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in F&B/Restaurant.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (Labour Law).
• Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese) communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Leadership, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house service operations.
• Coach, supervise staff; assist in rosters and daily briefings.
• Apply HK Labour Law considerations when managing rosters and attendance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, cash-up procedures, and cost control.
• Train junior staff on SOPs, food safety, and customer service.
