Job summary

Season Group in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Vice President of Global Operations to lead manufacturing, operations execution, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement across sites. You will translate business strategy into disciplined operational execution, driving cost, quality, safety and service performance.

You will partner with the CEO and executive team to scale operations, set priorities, and foster accountability, while developing high-performing leaders across the global functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency, cost improvement, and performance transformation.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and capex.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s operations strategy aligned with overall goals.
• Partner with CEO and executive team to support growth and scalability.
• Oversee multi-site manufacturing operations and ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Drive productivity improvements, capacity utilization, and cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; manage audits.
