Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks an Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms to lead the Rooms Division and drive service excellence. You will inspire teams, elevate guest experiences, and partner with the executive team to achieve business goals.

You will shape frontline operations, optimize efficiency, and strengthen HeartBeat and online reputation while developing talent across Front Office, Housekeeping, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle hotels, including at least 2 years as a Director of Rooms.
• Experience in Hong Kong, Mainland China, or the Asia Pacific region with strong local market knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive revenue, manage budgets, optimize productivity, and meet objectives.
• Strategic and forward-thinking leader who translates insights into action and improves HeartBeat and reputation.
• People-first leadership with passion for developing talent and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Service Centre, Engineering, Security) to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Driving HeartBeat, guest satisfaction, and online reputation through continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Partnering with Guest Service Centre and Quality Manager to identify opportunities and elevate the guest journey.
• Providing strategic leadership to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, and financial performance across Rooms.
• Developing and inspiring high-performing teams through coaching, engagement, and succession planning.
• Collaborating with the Executive Committee on hotel-wide initiatives and business objectives.
