Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms, meeting spaces, corridors and public areas. You will lead a team of attendants, coordinate with front desk and maintain guest satisfaction with a friendly, professional presence.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and strong coaching, communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate in housekeeping operations, hospitality management, or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Team player and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid communication, training and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms, meeting spaces, hallways and public areas.
• Support room attendants and public area attendants and coordinate with front desk.
• Handle guest and internal complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Take ownership of operations in designated section, including service requests, room discrepancies and tidiness.
