Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Chief/Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Hong Kong. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects.

The candidate should have extensive experience in property management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in managing residential estates.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of residential properties to ensure top service standards.
• Prepare and control annual budgets; oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Building Management Ordinance, DMC, and safety requirements.
• Maintain relationships with owners and OC; attend AGMs and committee meetings.
• Supervise on-site management teams and manage service contractors to deliver quality.
