Job summary

The Senior Property Manager will lead the property management function, coordinating across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites with a Hong Kong base and frequent travel to Mainland China.

The role emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, budget oversight (OPEX/CAPEX), and hands-on site leadership across PRC operations, ensuring high standards of service

Qualifications

• 15+ years in property management with hands-on PRC site oversight.
• Degree/qualification in Engineering, or Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of PRC property regulations and local vendor management.
• HK-based with frequent PRC travel.
• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations across PRC sites, managing a diverse range of residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use properties.
• Enforce corporate governance, handle critical escalations, and manage high-level regulatory compliance.
• Review and control annual site budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
