Fuku by Momofuku is seeking a senior leader to own the TRS business in Hong Kong. You will drive revenue growth, expand opportunities, and manage a dedicated TRS team while coordinating with internal stakeholders on risk controls and operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in TRS, equity financing, securities trading, or related financial markets.
• Strong understanding of TRS products, trading operations, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
• Previous sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a business team.
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance business growth, trading volume, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the development and management of the TRS business, driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the existing TRS team, overseeing daily operations, business development, and team performance.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand trading volumes, strengthen client relationships, and improve overall business profitability.
• Oversee business risk management, ensuring trading activities are conducted within appropriate risk controls and compliance frameworks.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize business operations, manage risk exposure, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive client acquisition and business expansion, leveraging existing industry networks and relationships.
