Job summary

BGC Group is seeking an experienced Equity Sales professional in Hong Kong to lead the firm’s Equity Financing and TRS initiatives across APAC. The role requires deep market knowledge, an established APAC client network, and the ability to generate revenue by expanding client relationships and introducing TRS and equity financing solutions to wholesale market participants.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within Equity Financing, Equity Sales, TRS Sales or related revenue role.
• Strong understanding of Equity Financing products including TRS.
• Established APAC client network with ability to generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Equity Financing and TRS business across APAC.
• Leverage client relationships to identify new opportunities and grow market share.
• Provide clients with market insights and solutions across Equity Financing and TRS.
• Maintain engagement with key market participants to understand flows and activity.
• Build and develop new client connections across APAC markets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive developments for growth.
• Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
