Job summary

CMHK, a subsidiary of China Mobile, invites a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development and Learning & Development. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce plans and drive talent excellence in a fast-paced enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years of HR management, 5+ years in people leadership, strong knowledge of local laws, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.
• 10+ years of HR management experience in large-scale enterprises, including 5+ years in people management.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and relevant HR laws.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and people-centric.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and trends.
• Experience in HR process improvement, automation or transformation projects.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of HR to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development and Learning & Development.
• Spearhead formulation of the HR strategic plan and development of an HR management system to drive talent excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to design workforce plans, succession strategies and change management initiatives.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives, leveraging process improvements and automation.
• Leverage workforce data, market trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and deliver HR solutions.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and deliver value-added HR solutions across units.
