We are seeking a highly articulate, professional, and globally minded Executive Assistant to the Chairman to support high-level commercial activities, international negotiations, and C-level administration.
Key responsibilitiesAccompany the Chairman to overseas and local business trips, international conferences (e.g., Belt and Road Summit), and high-level client meetings; provide professional real-time bilingual interpretation (English/Mandarin)
Assist the Chairman in negotiating with international business partners, follow up on strategic partnerships, and prepare professional bilingual presentations and proposals
Attend key commercial negotiations and internal executive meetings; accurately summarize key decisions, draft professional meeting minutes, and track project execution progress
Manage the Chairman's business schedule, travel arrangements, official correspondence, and high-level client hospitality
Handle confidential information with high discretion and assist with strategic projects assigned by the Chairman
About youBachelor's degree in English Literature, Translation, International Business, or Finance is preferred
Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written) is MANDATORY; fluent in Mandarin and basic Cantonese
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to C-level executives, or in International Business Development
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen
Professional, presentable, highly organized, flexible for business travel, and able to work effectively under pressure
