Job summary

Baguio is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Executive to the Chairman with government and institutional tender submissions and AI-enabled research across the Group. The role blends hands-on drafting, data analysis and cross-unit coordination to deliver high-quality proposals and projects.

You will apply AI tools to research, writing, and presentations, while managing schedules, documentation and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business, engineering, surveying, finance or a related analytical field is an advantage
• At least 5 years of full-time working experience after graduation in tender or proposal preparation, estimating or costing, audit, consulting or analytical/project roles

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and proposal submissions from first draft to final pack, including technical sections and schedules
• Check costings, price schedules and supplier claims against source documents for accuracy
• Apply AI tools across research, proposal writing, data analysis and development of prototypes
• Consolidate decisions across projects and present outcomes to senior leadership
• Maintain live project/tender overview and track milestones to avoid delays
• Represent senior executive at meetings and report key points back clearly
• Build costing models and data checks in Excel for review
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and document preparation
• Handle confidential tender, pricing and commercial information with discretion
