Job summary

Insurance Authority in Hong Kong is seeking a data-driven IT professional to develop a secure AI-based solution and automate workflows. You will establish CI/CD pipelines that automatically build and test AI/RPA components before deployment.

For Enforcement Division’s IT landscape, you will prepare user requirements, process flows, test cases, and user manuals, supporting UAT and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure robust system design and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, business analytics, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in data science, business intelligence, data management, or development related projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in automation (RPA), AI development, CI/CD pipeline implementation tools, MS Excel, MS Access
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and with different supervisors
• Meticulous, detail-orientated, independent, organized and a team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-secure AI-based solution and automation workflow.

• Prepare user requirements, process flows, test cases, and user manuals for Enforcement Division IT systems.
• Support in the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on system design, development, and testing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Enforcement Division.

Job description

Develop a data-secure AI-based solution and automation workflow. Establish CI/CD pipelines that automatically builds and tests AI/RPA solution before it is deployed for use, and documenting of AI/RPA solution.

For Enforcement Division’s existing IT systems, assist to prepare user requirements, process flows, test cases, and user manuals and support in the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on system design, development, and testing activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by members of Enforcement Division.

Requirements
