HKBAC seeks a proactive, high‑level executive assistant to support the CEO, senior director and executives. The role combines executive‑office coordination, governance support, and cross‑functional execution in a dynamic business aviation environment.

Provide executive and administrative support, including diary and travel management, correspondence and follow-up of action items.
Anticipate priorities, manage competing demands and provide concise briefings so that the CEO and supported senior executives can focus on the highest-value issues.
Serve as a professional coordination point between the CEO, designated senior executives, departments and external stakeholders, helping maintain alignment and momentum on agreed priorities.
Coordinate Executive Committee, Board meetings and senior management meetings, including schedules, agendas, meeting papers, logistics, minutes and follow-up actions.
Administer secure shared folders and digitalize the workflow for Executive Committee and Board meetings, including access control, filing and version control.
Coordinate with Board members, shareholders’ offices, internal stakeholders, external legal advisers, company secretarial service providers and other professional advisers as required.
Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support, including maintaining minutes, resolutions, statutory registers and corporate records, and coordinating approvals and signatures.
Liaise with airport entities, vendors, tenants, clients and other external parties, and support company events and business activities.
Act as a digitally capable partner to the executive office by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and improve the speed, quality and transparency of management information.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive business, governance and personnel matters.
Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Degree holder; relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
At least five years’ experience in executive assistance, business administration, project coordination or a related role.
Experience supporting senior leaders, Board meetings or corporate governance is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua.
Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
Proactive, adaptable and eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic business aviation environment.
High integrity, discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential matters.
Confident in managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and working independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools and AI-assisted productivity solutions.
