Occasions Asia Pacific in Hong Kong seeks a capable secretary to the CEO. You will provide professional administrative support and act as the liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Key tasks include organizing meetings, preparing agendas, managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating overseas travel, and handling correspondence. Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus. 5-day week, medical and dental benefits after probation.

Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Act as the internal and external coordinator of all the activities of the CEO and senior management
Coordinate and organize the meetings, prepare agenda and keep track of post-meeting follow-ups
Provide daily support to the CEO's family including driver schedule, CEO's calendar arrangement
Facilitate CEO’s overseas trips including booking tickets, applying for visa, compiling travel documents and other preparation and follow up
Sort and review incoming mails/emails/correspondences and route them to relevant departments;
Assist, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties on various activities
Greet and handle phone calls for the CEO tactfully and skillfully
3 years of relevant experience.
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC other employment-related ordinances
Diploma holder or above in any disciplines, experience in accounting is a plus.
Confident IT user, proficient in MS and willing to learn new technology
Have a logical thinking mind, be patient, flexible and detail-oriented.
A problem solver, open-minded, agile with change and practical
Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory, Mandarin fluency is highly appreciated
Occasionally travel is required
