Our client, a family office, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support its CEO. The ideal candidate will be tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day administration while supporting accounting, bookkeeping, and fund operation work.
- Manage contracts, service provider agreements, and internal documentation.
- Liaise with external service providers on monthly bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts, and annual company audits.
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, auditors, legal advisers, and other service providers on routine fund operations matters.
- Assist with fund and bank account opening and KYC/AML documentation.
- Support investor onboarding, respond to basic investor enquiries, and maintain onboarding records.
- Handle personal matters for the CEO.
- Manage household staff – helpers and drivers schedules and performance management.
- Assist with house renovation or maintenance projects.
- Arrange family gatherings, children’s holidays and parties.
- Run errands for management when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency is required.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, reliable, and highly committed, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
