Job summary

Pinpoint Asia is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to sit in the CEO's office. You will turn executive problems into AI-enabled workflows and production-ready tools that accelerate decision-making.

You will design autonomous agents and data pipelines, build dashboards and APIs, and shepherd prototypes through MLOps pipelines to production. Strong Python and cloud experience are essential, with security-focused design and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience as a software, platform, AI, or data engineer delivering production-grade tools.
• Real-world experience deploying AI capabilities, including agent frameworks, RAG, vector stores, and tool orchestration.
• Strong Python skills for backend services and practical cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Production discipline: CI/CD, testing, infrastructure automation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, ML tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow), and building tools for executives or high-consequence environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous agents and data pipelines that pull, structure, and synthesize information from internal systems and external platforms.
• Build reliable interfaces, backend services, and APIs that provide low-latency insights for high-level strategic decisions.
• Prototype to production: rapidly turn AI tools into production services with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
• Apply security-by-design, implement shared platform capabilities (secrets management, CI/CD), and collaborate with broader tech teams on governance.
