Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• 1–3 years delivering AI/ML/generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of modern AI tooling, LLM patterns, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong product sense, engineering depth, business acumen, and judgement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead from customer problem to MVP or deployable AI solution.
• Translate business needs into product hypotheses and execution plans.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, orchestration, and automation.
• Drive iterative experiments to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI investment priorities and architecture.
• Balance speed with security, reliability, and scalability in regulated environments.
