Job summary

REAP Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI to lead the development of production-grade agentic AI across the platform. You will own the AI platform layer, MCP servers, and agentic workflows, partnering with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Support.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role requiring setting technical direction, code/design reviews, and building a safe, auditable enablement layer for teams to build on top of.

Qualifications

8+ years software engineering experience.
2+ years in technical leadership or management.
Production experience with AI or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering effort to make AI production capability across Reap.
Own the AI platform layer, MCP servers, and agentic workflows.
Set technical direction and participate in code/design reviews.
Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Support.
Build safe, auditable, scalable enablement for teams.
