Job summary

JustOneGalaxy Recruitment is seeking an Application & IT Operational Support Analyst/Officer to support, operate, and enhance the enterprise Event Management & Registration System and related technologies to ensure smooth event operations. The role involves onsite technical support, coordinating equipment with vendors, maintaining core systems, data validation, and producing operational reports.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT.
• At least 1 year in IT system support or application development.
• Hands-on exposure to networking and printer setup.
• Experience with MongoDB queries and aggregations.
• Familiar with iPads, laptops, networking gear, Raspberry Pi, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support at various event venues for over 40 events per year, including system setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support pre-event and post-event activities, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate equipment and onsite IT infrastructure arrangements with external vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain and support the core event management systems and related applications to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
• Prepare operational, management, standard, online, and ad-hoc reports; maintain SOPs and knowledge transfer materials.
