Job summary

Fever is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to lead Candlelight concerts in Hong Kong. The role covers full on-site event management, primarily on weekends, coordinating production, teams, and partners to deliver memorable experiences.

You will manage up to 15 crew and up to 10 suppliers, build relationships with local authorities and venues, and ensure a flawless audience experience. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; prior live events logistics experience is a plus.

Since July 2019, Fever Originals has produced a series of classical music concerts in a “candlelit setting” which take place in the most intimate and undiscovered venues all over the world. Cities include: France (Paris, Toulouse, Lyon), Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia), Portugal (Lisbon and Porto), and the United States (Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago), and are in the process of expanding to your city!
