The Hong Kong Ballet Ltd invites applications for an Event Officer on a 6-month contract to support fundraising and audience engagement initiatives. The role covers planning, coordination, and on-site delivery to ensure successful events and strong stakeholder relations.
You will liaise with internal teams, vendors, sponsors and donors, handle invitations and attendee management, and help prepare materials and reports.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedEvent Officer(6-month contract)to support the planning and execution of fundraising and engagement events. The successful candidate will provide administrative, coordination and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of events and stakeholder engagement activities.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the Company's fundraising events and other assigned projects
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, sponsors, donors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
Manage event administration, including invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, meeting arrangements and related documentation
Prepare event materials, reports, presentations and correspondence as required
Maintain event records, databases, project schedules and expense tracking
Provide on-site support during event setup, event operations and post-event follow-up
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Lead – Brand Alliances and undertake other duties as assigned
University graduate in Event Management, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum1-2 years of relevant working experiencein event management, customer relations, hospitality or related fields
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Detail-oriented, proactive and open to flexible working hours
Immediate availability or availability at short notice will be an advantage
