CITIC Telecom CPC in Hong Kong invites applications for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant focused on Europe. You will capture EU customer requirements, design ICT solutions, and prepare migration plans to shift workloads to public or private platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales with networking, AI, cloud and SDWAN, plus strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and professional certifications. You will work with internal teams to build robust business cases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in networking, ICT integration, AI, DevOps and cloud solutions.
• Knowledge in SDWAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, IDC, SDLC.
• Professional qualification (e.g., Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Capture customer requirements through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with EU clients.
• Prepare ICT solution designs meeting customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Design migration plans to shift workloads to public or private platforms.
• Develop PoC platforms for customers.
• Source solutions with internal capabilities for post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop financial justifications and price/cost calculations for customized solutions.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
