EMCD, a leading crypto technology company with a global footprint, seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to bolster its international compliance function. The role covers product launches, partnerships and business operations across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead AML/CFT programs, oversee KYB/KYB, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring, and work with internal teams and external advisers to ensure strong risk management. This position is remote‑first with global collaboration.

Formación

• At least three years of experience in Compliance, AML, Regulatory Compliance or Financial Crime.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, e-money or a regulated financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and KYC/KYB requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations in line with AML/CFT, Travel Rule and sanctions requirements.
• Develop and update compliance policies, risk assessments and controls.
• Conduct KYB and due diligence on partners and vendors.
• Manage onboarding with banks and crypto partners; prepare KYB documentation.
• Review new products and services for regulatory risks before launch.
• Assess regulatory risks for new jurisdictions and customer segments.
• Support EDD, transaction reviews and escalations for high‑risk cases.
• Collaborate with external advisers and prepare board memos.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into processes.
