Job summary

You will join a team delivering innovative investment solutions for institutional and private clients, with responsibilities spanning portfolio construction, risk management, and market research.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years ETF management experience.
• Degree in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
• CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong initiative and motivation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
• Able to work under pressure with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily ETF portfolio management, construct and rebalance.
• Analyse holdings and performance against mandates and guidelines.
• Monitor macro trends affecting ETF and related assets.
• Contribute to ETF strategy and new product development.
• Lead discretionary mandates and private funds management.
• Formulate asset allocation and monitor portfolio performance.
• Identify investment risks and support risk management.
• Produce market insights for sales and clients.
