Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as ETF Portfolio Manager, exploring the opportunities in both traditional and virtual assets ETF. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily management of ETF portfolios, oversee portfolio construction, rebalancing activities and liquidity management;
• Analyse portfolio holdings and performance metrics including TD and TE, to ensure compliance with ETF mandates, internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
• Closely monitor and analyse in depth macro trends, sectors and assets relevant to underlying portfolios of both ETFs and other investment products;
• Contribute to or lead ETF strategy and new product development related to both virtual and traditional assets;
• Participate in or lead the daily investment management of discretionary mandates and private funds;
• Formulate investment strategy, implement asset allocation and portfolio construction, and monitor portfolio performance;
• Assess investment risks and develop corresponding risk management strategies; assist in compliance related reporting;
• Conduct investment research and continually refine research processes or methodologies to broaden coverage in terms of macro markets, sectors, themes and asset classes;
• Generate investment insights, market commentary and product-related materials to support sales and marketing team and clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in managing ETFs in Hong Kong, Mainland China or equivalent overseas markets;
• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Sciences or related disciplines;
• CFA or other professional qualification preferred;
• Strong initiatives and motivations;
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
