Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead discretionary management for ETF products and private funds in Asia, with ownership of fund strategy and operations. The role emphasizes multi-asset, multi-strategy mandates and a strong focus on digital assets.

You will act as RO/KIP for ETF funds, driving regulatory compliance and product development in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Qualified or eligible to serve as an SFC Responsible Officer (RO Type 9) and meet KIP requirements for authorized ETF funds.
Minimum 8+ years of portfolio management experience with a focus on multi-asset and multi-strategy coverage.
Solid grasp of ETF mechanics, market making, and private fund (LP/GP) structuring.
Genuine interest and foundational understanding of digital assets, Web3, and market dynamics.
Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and excited by zero-to-one strategy creation and product launches.
Strong quantitative and risk management capabilities; proficiency in data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead discretionary portfolio management and strategy execution for ETF products and private funds.
Design, backtest, and deploy multi-asset, multi-strategy mandates.
Drive research and product development around digital assets for potential integration into fund structures.
Serve as RO/KIP for public ETF funds to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
Collaborate with liquidity providers, market makers, custodians, and distributors to support fund growth.
Incubate, test, and scale new trading concepts in an agile, entrepreneurial setup.
